Heartbroken by the loss of his cherished place, Mu Li decides to follow the bookstore's black cat, embarking on a quest to find it. Together, they venture into a mystical forest where they discover the relocated bookstore. To their astonishment, the rabbit statue is revealed to be a talking rabbit and the true owner of the bookstore.

The rabbit explains to Mu Li that he moved the bookstore back to its original location because paper books are now less frequently read, and bookstores are rarely visited. If Mu Li truly wishes to restore the bookstore, he must find nine individuals whose lives were profoundly impacted by books and bookstore….
